Sen. Gillibrand Receives Committee Assignments

Sen. Gillibrand will serve on the Environment and Public Works Committee, the Senate Agriculture Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee.

DBE GOAL
FHWA, FTA, AND FAA FUNDED CONTRACTS
Pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26.45(g)(2), the NYS Department of Transportation makes Public Notice of its proposed goal for DBE utilization on projects funded/assisted by the: FTA – 9% goal; FAA – 9% goal; and, FHWA – 12% goal, for the FFY beginning 10/1/08.
The goal and a description of how it was developed are available for inspection at the address below for 30 days following the original date of this Notice. The Department will accept comments 45 days from the original date of this Notice.
